How fast can I take delivery?
Floor-stock units are typically ready within 1–2 weeks — the time it takes to finalise paperwork, plate the trailer and arrange transport. Bodies fitted to your prime mover usually take 2–4 weeks in the workshop once booked.
Can I customise a stock unit?
Yes — paint colour, lights, toolboxes, brake upgrades and tailgate variations are common. Tell us what you need when you enquire and we'll quote the extras separately.
What about finance?
We don't lend directly, but we work with several equipment finance brokers and can connect you with one when you enquire. Most operators settle in 3–5 business days.
Is the price firm?
Listed prices are ex-Pakenham, plus GST, and reflect the floor-stock spec. Add-ons and delivery are quoted on top. Finance terms can change the bottom line — let's talk.
What warranty comes with the unit?
SAF suspension carries a 5-year warranty. The body and fabrication carry our 12-month structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Component warranties (hoist, tarp, brakes) come direct from each manufacturer.
